Goal: wire the Oneseco-Media GitHub org's team access to what each team actually does, and clear out four years of scaffold/duplicate repos.
An audit of the Oneseco-Media org (140 repos, 6 teams, 2 members) found that every sub-team — api-team, design, Dope Prompts Social Club, Infinite Players, Sapphire Stream Team — was still scoped to the same 3 default repos regardless of its stated purpose, and that ~30 repos across 7 name-clusters (oneseco-media, Llama, Supabase+Vercel, guild.xyz, etc.) were empty scaffolds never followed up on. 82 of 140 repos (59%) hadn't been pushed to in over a year.
