Actions recorded for the Notion character-generator research and development consolidation completed in this conversation. Date: October 21, 2026.

Completed actions

  1. Inspected the character-generator inventory and related Notion sources, including Word Pool, generator recipes, character builders, spells, equipment, world registries and export layers.
  2. Created a 35-data-source consolidation plan with proposed canonical owners, field mappings, deduplication rules, migration phases, validation and rollback.
  3. Created the Phaser research hub and a native research-files folder. Published the original 86-entry source directory, expanded database inventory, historical audit and plan; uploaded five supporting files.
  4. Searched development content using 21 targeted Notion queries. Indexed 2,734 distinct Notion page IDs from search results, source-library metadata and the complete metadata rowsets for 1,760 documents, 417 imported issues and 63 sprint items. Indexed does not mean every page body was read or that every search hit is a development project.
  5. Reused the existing Oneseco-Media GitHub Development Hub as the entry point and added a link to All Development. Preserved its original NOW/NEXT priorities and child pages.
  6. Added 18 source-linked project index records to the existing Project OS Projects database. Used source-supported statuses where available and retained original specs and implementation detail in their existing pages.
  7. Created Project Map & Next Actions, Development Systems & Source Directory, and Duplicates, Snapshots & Consolidation Decisions.
  8. Compared three pairs in the two GitHub organization repository catalogs. Returned non-system properties and fetched page bodies matched; the consolidated directory routes to one catalog while preserving both originals. Repository URL fields were empty, so the catalog entries were not treated as a verified live repository inventory.
  9. Identified four dated project summaries that explicitly point to detailed source pages. Preserved them as historical summaries rather than deleting them as duplicates.
  10. Created a development evidence folder with six CSV index parts, a consolidation report and a readme: eight uploaded files.
  11. Verified the saved directory links, 18 unique project names, 2,734 unique inventory IDs, three child documentation pages and eight development evidence files.
